3 Benefits Of Tubal Reversal
Quick Surgery & Recovery
Tubal ligation reversal is a minimally invasive surgery. It typically requires 40 to 70 minutes for the surgery to be done and has a quick recovery time. Our advanced facilities ensure minimal discomfort and you can return home within 2 to 4 hours after the surgery!
Restoring Natural Fertility
With the tubal ligation reversal, you can expect to restore your natural fertility even without any assisted reproductive technology (ART). We give you the opportunity for superior cumulative pregnancy rates even for women aged 40 and above. Our expert surgeon ensures treatment planning in a way that offers the best chances of success, and of course, all based on your individual needs!
A Cost-effective Alternative to IVF
For many hopeful patients, reversal of tubal ligation can be a more cost-effective option than in vitro fertilization (IVF). The surgery offers you the chance of natural conception in a less costly way that most patients can easily afford.
Our Delicate Surgical
Technique
Our expert surgeons use advanced microsurgical tubal reversal techniques to reconnect your fallopian tubes without injuring the other organs or tissues. We utilize:
•Highly precise instruments
•Eyelash-sized sutures
•Advanced surgical microscope
•Surgical magnification glasses (loupes)
Our delicate surgical techniques and minimally invasive approach reduce postoperative discomfort and ensure smooth recovery. Our surgeon completes the entire process with a small 5 cm incision. He creates the incision in your lower abdomen to ensure minimal scarring.

Tubal Reversal Procedure
During the surgery, we use anesthesia taking special care of your comfort and safety. In this procedure, the surgeon will do a small incision of about 5 cm (2 in) under your bikini line. He will then examine your fallopian tubes using advanced technologies and identify your tubal ligation. Then the closed portion of your fallopian tubes will be removed using micro scissors. Now, he will gently insert the healthy fallopian tubes into the uterus to allow the passage of dye through the fallopian tubes. It is to confirm their patency and ensure optimal outcomes. After ensuring the success of the surgery, he will connect both ends of the healthy fallopian tube with very fine surgical sutures.
To ensure the utmost safety, our surgeon assesses the whole abdomen to ensure there is no bleeding or the abdominal organs are in their original place. All this procedure roughly takes only 40 to 70 minutes.
Comprehensive Follow-up
What to Expect During Your
Recovery
You will be able to take your normal diet from the second day after the surgery and can return back to your normal work after at least one to two weeks of rest.
As for pregnancy, you can try to conceive naturally after one month following the surgery. During your recovery period, you can include regular follow-up visits or advice with Dr. Bonni at any time to track your healing process.
